Fast, smooth, and safe dispensing of various types of items,
the maximum shelf load of 160 to 500 kg allows for optimizing storage space.

Light curtains are designed to protect the machine operator
and activate automatically during shelf movement. Interruption of the beam causes the device to stop.
Powder coating ensures aesthetic and durable corrosion protection and allows for color customization within the RAL palette.
The AC motor in the TITAN rack is equipped with a geared motor with a matched ratio, enabling long-term and trouble-free operation of the machine.
The reinforced Delta load chain allows the TITAN system to lift a load of up to 500 kg per shelf.
Thanks to the use of an inverter, the machine features smooth start-up and
stop, which prevents items from shifting on the shelves
and extends the lifespan of all its mechanical components.
In case of emergency mode (e.g., power failure), access to individual shelves is provided by a manual crank.

Enables external communication with the machine and modification

BARCODE READER
A barcode reader is useful when items retrieved and/or returned to the filing cabinets have complex markings or are difficult to distinguish. It can be integrated with a workbench or supplied as a mobile device.
ZONE INDICATORS
The TITAN rack can be equipped with zone indicators, configurable every 25 mm. This allows for the creation of dozens, several, or one large zone, depending on the needs and stored assortment. The indicators are activated from the system administrator level, and the zones cooperate with the software, which facilitates quick retrieval of items by the operator.
ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY STOP
The TITAN rack can be equipped with an emergency stop, located on the other side of the device. It allows the user to react quickly in case of a sudden malfunction.
SOFTWARE CUSTOMIZATION OPTION
The TEMREX programming team remains at your disposal should there be a need to develop unusual functions necessary for using the TITAN carousel rack in the Client’s environment.
STORAGE IN A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT
This is an additional option, for use in conditions requiring continuous control of air parameters. The TITAN carousel rack allows for storage in a controlled environment (ventilation, air conditioning, humidity control system, temperature). Additionally, fire and gas sensors can be installed. It will prove excellent in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or cosmetic industries.
FUNCTIONAL SHELVES TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
Shelves in the TITAN carousel rack can have 1 to 4 levels and be equipped with access-limiting flaps, movable dividers, containers, and lockable compartments, which guarantees the safety of stored goods. We also fulfill individual orders according to the Client’s specific requirements.
RACK EQUIPMENT
It is possible to equip the TITAN rack with various containers or a work table on multi-directional bearings.
WARRANTY
TEMREX devices are covered by a two-year warranty for transport, equipment, and accessories, excluding consumables subject to wear during normal operation. The warranty also includes access to mechanical and IT hotlines. After the first year of warranty, it is possible to extend it for subsequent years.
