Storage<\/a>, handling, transport, order picking \u2013 intralogistics presents a series of challenges that must be met. The rapid pace of market changes, increasing competition, and very fast technological progress compel businesses to demonstrate a high level of creativity and commitment, as well as a readiness to take on challenges and implement bold changes. Organizational innovation is becoming particularly important as a determinant of their development. It is generally accepted that an era of innovative practices, investing in people, their knowledge, and learning has arrived. The time has come for implementing increasingly new technologies and bold solutions. The importance of intangible assets such as knowledge and competencies, which are a source of competitive advantage, is growing.<\/p>

Every enterprise faces various problems resulting from the emergence of opportunities or threats. A problem thus creates a need, and this need defines the desired situation, outlining the goals to be achieved. Wherever every square meter of storage space is crucial, and the priority is the speed and accuracy of retrieval \u2013 warehouse automation is the solution.<\/p>

Individual Approach – Could It Be Any Different?<\/h2>

For us, every project is a unique process \u2013 one that has never existed before and will never be repeated under the same conditions. Each high-bay storage rack<\/a> is designed to the Client’s individual order and adapted to the room’s architecture. Developing and improving warehouse logistics within a company significantly impacts its future, growth, and efficiency. To achieve success, one must skillfully manage a series of routine activities, which largely constitute the operation of a warehouse. <\/span><\/p>

A significant problem is the unpredictability and non-linearity encountered in projects. In the design of high-bay storage racks, both the dynamics of environmental variability and stored items (the ability to adjust shelf height, flexible adaptation of containers and dividers to the currently stored assortment) and the specifics of the Client’s industry (the possibility of storage in a controlled environment) are taken into account.<\/p>

Change should be beneficial from the perspective of the entire enterprise. A common-sense, structured approach that engages the Client to deliver the highest quality and meet their requirements is a method to eliminate the risk associated with implementing an innovative storage system.
