Paraphrasing the saying ‘success has many fathers, failure is an orphan,’ the success of our company is undoubtedly thanks to many ‘fathers’: our Clients, Suppliers, Business Partners, and the dedicated and committed Temrex team. Failures, however – which are unavoidable – develop our organization, teach us greater vigilance, and allow us to draw conclusions for the future. They certainly do not remain orphans – we face them as a team.
Implementing long-term development strategies, we focus on new technologies, innovation, and an individual approach to each Client. We optimize warehousing solutions with a particular emphasis on workplace safety and cost optimization, guided by the idea – ‘impossible is just a word’. We offer solutions that go far beyond the standard concept of modernizing warehousing and logistics processes.
At the same time, we are proud to participate in increasingly complex and strategic projects, enabling us to create unconventional and innovative solutions. In our businesses, we seek potential synergies that will result in new concepts and the satisfaction of our Clients, also serving as a lasting foundation for the next decade.
In the coming years, we will continue to focus on the development of our main product branches: dispensing machines, high-bay storage systems, warehouse stacker cranes, and custom production. We are convinced that development must go hand in hand with top-level technological solutions.
We have a team of over 200 professionals who approach their work with enthusiasm and commitment, allowing us to look to the future with optimism and faith in achieving ambitious plans. We listen, understand, create, deliver – these are concrete actions that help effectively manage storage. I believe that the coming years will bring professional success to all our Clients, Partners, and Suppliers.

OUR HISTORY
Start of production in Poland under the Electroclass brand – Grodzisk Mazowiecki – 800 m² facility
Cooperative manufacturing of sheet metal components
New production hall in Grodzisk Mazowiecki – 1,400 m².
The first tool dispenser is being developed.
Company name changed to DynaTech Sp. z o.o.
Start of cooperation with SupplyPoint.
Expansion of the production hall to 1,800 m²
Development of the BiPoint dispensing machine is underway.

Temrex’s production department consists of over 70 production facilities spread across 8400 square meters. The entire production process is supervised by specialized teams – from design to quality control. Complete oversight of the internal value chain enables us to offer high-quality products while ensuring compliance with applicable environmental standards and promoting sustainable development.
We position both our products and the production process within the perspective of tomorrow’s industry – INDUSTRY 4.0. We optimize production to adapt to the unpredictability of daily operations. This contributes to better maintenance of the machine park and equipment in operational condition. Implemented reporting at every production, assembly, and quality stage enables continuous process control and quick response to changes.
The entire production process is a set of interdependent activities, influencing its efficiency. The use of advanced technologies and logistics solutions combined with an IT system allows for effective management of the entire value chain. Computerization, reliable information flow, and its protection in the context of the devices we produce are priorities for the entire IT department. Connecting warehousing devices with a reliable IT system offers an opportunity to optimize added value. The collaboration of humans and modern technology is the direction of future development. A direction in which we are all heading.
PRODUCTION FACILITIES
Temrex produces warehousing solutions that enable employees to work more efficiently, faster, and without errors. Many wheels must turn smoothly to achieve the intended goal – our team comprises these essential wheels. Today, Temrex consists of several hundred people; each of us is different, each person is a unique set of experiences and skills, allowing us to complement each other in striving for a common goal. We know how to be a team – that is our greatest strength. Work culture and core values are essential; we share the need for self-development and value communication. Building bonds through teamwork and relying on the results we achieve means there is no room for individual units, as the complexity of some projects often extends beyond the scope of one person.
Two production plants – the only team of its kind in the world – a wealth of shared memories. Work is just a fraction of the time we share; we cherish the moments spent together. We genuinely enjoy working together.
When designing new solutions, something is always happening. We meet new people, building relationships that bear fruit in the future. Together, we implement innovations, new production methods, and learn how machines operate. Clients and their stories are an interesting part of our work. You cannot do something well and dislike it at the same time. You cannot be the best then, and we are not interested in second place.
MACHINE PARK
For over 27 years, we have been developing, not only enhancing our knowledge and qualifications but also investing in equipment and machinery that facilitate the execution of even the most demanding and innovative projects. There are no half-measures for us; every product and machine we manufacture is treated exceptionally – as they will reach the end-user, who must be satisfied with them. For the production of all details, we use not only the highest quality materials but also the most modern machines. We continuously expand and improve our machine park. We rely exclusively on the most advanced technologies.
Passion for Client satisfaction, production technology, extensive know-how, and strong commitment. All four of these factors make us a reliable and competent manufacturer. The skillful use of machinery by our entire team enables us to create many unconventional and unique projects.
