To be a key player in the food industry’s equipment and automation sector, one must be fully aware of the strict regulations related to safe food storage. All solutions must ensure controlled storage conditions, guaranteeing food freshness, such as:
- optimal temperature
- precisely controlled humidity
- lighting or shading – depending on the properties of the stored product
- strictly defined sanitary conditions.
Fully aware of the above requirements and needs, we designed an automatic rack adapted for cheese storage – the TITAN G60 carousel rack. The automated system became the answer to all the Client’s requirements regarding optimal cheese storage. Additionally, the fronts were made of clear plexiglass, so that the Client would know exactly what is inside.
The impressive functional interior space of the automated system, with its almost ascetic simplicity rich in elements of glass, plexiglass, and steel – our TITAN carousel rack perfectly fit into this aesthetic. In cool shades of graphite and delicate wood, it perfectly harmonizes with modern details, creating a cohesive and exceptionally appealing whole.
Expectations were high, and the stakes were significant, as it concerned a food product. Cheeses are sensitive products requiring special storage conditions. The efficient and safe operation of the logistics system is the result of an investment in a modern device that allows for the secure storage of the aforementioned products. The beginning of this project was a vague vision of the final solution, but we had a lot of courage and bold dreams. Today, we know that we will soon produce more machines of this type.
