The use of a SLOPED ROOF effectively prevents any products from being stored on the machine, thereby avoiding the risk of unnecessary overload or workplace accidents. The machine’s COMPACT DIMENSIONS and WELDED SUPPORT FRAME CONSTRUCTION allow it to be placed anywhere near a workstation and, if necessary, quickly relocated without additional effort.
An advantage of our drawer vending machines is the ability to customize parameters and the number of locations. The MODULO dispenser offers 5 types of drawers and can accommodate up to 2160 products. The 28 LEVEL machine provides as many as 19 types of drawer levels and can store up to 1248 items. Both operate on very similar principles and can be combined into extensive systems that support work optimization in production or warehousing.

The machine can be supplied with 6 or 18 lockers, allowing for the use of extremely sensitive scales with varying precision: this can be a weighing module with a maximum capacity of 8 kg and a minimum sensitivity of 5 g, or a weighing module with a maximum capacity of 20 kg and a minimum sensitivity of 20 g. The dispenser allows for securing resources that require strict control. Thanks to clearly defined weighing parameters, we are confident that an item will be returned to the dispenser complete, or that no more than the declared quantity will be removed by the person retrieving it.
In this case too, versatile reporting software allows for tracking resource consumption and usage. In the event of incomplete equipment return or other discrepancies related to the contents of a given locker, precise identification of the last person who accessed it is possible.
The flexibility of expanding TEMREX dispenser systems is a response to the diverse needs of various industries. ONE CONTROL MODULE can operate UP TO 15 DIFFERENT TYPES OF MACHINES*.
