Drum Vending Machines – DYNABOX
At first glance, it is clear that ALL RANGES of our machines were practically designed for the conditions prevalent in production halls and warehouses. SIMPLE and ROBUST CONSTRUCTION, along with the high quality of materials and finish, guarantee their long-term durability. The use of a SLOPING ROOF effectively prevents any products from being stored on the machine, thus avoiding the risk of unnecessary overload or workplace accidents. The machine’s COMPACT DIMENSIONS and WELDED CONSTRUCTION ON A SUPPORT FRAME allow it to be placed anywhere near a workstation and, if necessary, quickly relocated without additional effort.
DYNABOX dispensing machines are exceptionally flexible in terms of the number and size of compartments. Thanks to the use of a drum with a customized number of divisions and metal slides, it is possible to achieve up to 1080 INDEPENDENT COMPARTMENTS. The software provides FULL CONTROL and DETAILED REPORTING, as well as, if necessary, the introduction of specific LIMITS for a given item. Thanks to continuous monitoring of inventory levels in the machine, we gain an unattended warehouse, guaranteeing FULL 24/7 AVAILABILITY.
SIMPLE OPERATION of the intuitive interface and rapid resource dispensing allow users of the machine to maintain work continuity, without the need for long trips around the warehouse in search of a specific item.
Locker Vending Machine – LOCKERBOX
We have already mentioned that a common feature of our products is ROBUST CONSTRUCTION ON A WELDED FRAME and COMPACT DIMENSIONS, allowing them to be installed anywhere near workstations and, if necessary, quickly relocated.
LOCKERBOX dispensers are a system of automatically opening and closing INDEPENDENT LOCKERS of specified sizes, which can be arranged precisely according to the Client’s needs. The lockers can be equipped with a range of additional functionalities, such as glass doors, internal lighting, pull-out drawers, stands, or additional compartments. Additionally, it is possible to install network and electrical sockets inside the lockers, ensuring that selected equipment remains constantly ready for operation.
As with all machines from the BOX range, in this case too, full control and reporting allow tracking resource consumption and usage patterns. In the event of a damaged equipment return, it is possible to quickly identify the last person who used it.
The flexibility of expanding the TEMREX dispenser system is a response to the diverse needs of various industries. ONE CONTROL MODULE can operate UP TO 15 MACHINES OF DIFFERENT TYPES*. It is also possible to use more control modules, for example, to reduce queues when the frequency of resource retrieval is significant.
Return Unit – CYCLEBOX
The CYCLEBOX machine is used for returning used items and serves as an additional module, cooperating with the main dispensing module. The machine’s operation is intuitive. The user tilts the loading chamber using an ergonomic handle, inserts the item, and then closes the chamber, allowing the item to move to a mobile bin. A CAMERA recording the moment of return allows for the identification of the item and the person returning it, ensuring control over the entire process.
HOMEBOX – Information and Advertising Unit
The HOMEBOX machine is a device whose most important feature is a functional, 43-inch touchscreen. This effective module can serve as a multimedia information board, an order placement station, an internal communication tool, and a management module for additional machines from the BOX range.
All TEMREX machines can be manufactured in any color from the RAL palette. It is also possible to apply individual graphics to the entire surface of the machine – depending on the Client’s needs.
