The TEMREX SMART OFFICE system (TSoffice) enables quick and secure transfer, receipt, and deposit of items at a single machine. Users operate it via an intuitive touchscreen interface on the machine or through a mobile application that guides them step-by-step, minimizing the risk of errors. This makes daily operations simple, fast, and transparent.

System management is performed via a web application or directly from the machine. The administrator has full insight into the operation history and the real-time status of all locker compartments.

The system integrates with the LOCKERBOX smart locker machine, designed for office environments. Its modular construction allows for any configuration of compartments, depending on the client’s needs.

Parcel and Deposit Management System

The TEMREX SMART OFFICE system provides comprehensive handling of parcels and deposits, combining administrative and user functions within a single platform. It consists of a web application for administrators, a mobile application for end-users, and an application operating the machine.

The web application allows for managing user accounts, assigning roles and RFID cards, monitoring system activity, and managing deployments.

The mobile application enables sending and receiving parcels, as well as managing deposits, with access tailored to the user’s role.

The machine application supports QR codes and RFID cards, allowing for quick parcel collection and administrators to view and control compartments.

The system offers data and permission consistency across all applications, customization options for appearance, and multi-language support. Automatic QR code generation for recipients ensures convenience and security throughout the process. By combining intuitive user functions and advanced management, the system provides a modern and flexible solution for companies and institutions managing parcels and deposits.

A modern automated locker system, integrated with advanced management software, enables comprehensive handling of logistics processes in the SEND, RECEIVE, DEPOSIT model. This is an ideal solution for companies, institutions, service points, warehouses, and locations with high traffic of people and equipment.

SEND – quick and secure parcel dispatch

Users can easily send a parcel or equipment to a selected recipient.
The sending process is fully intuitive:

  • user identification
  • service type selection
  • recipient or department selection,
  • automatic opening of an available compartment
  • placing the parcel and securing it

The software records the entire event in the system, and the recipient receives an immediate notification (email/app) with information about the pending parcel.

RECEIVE – convenient collection at any time

Parcel collection is fast, queue-free, and requires no contact with staff.
User:

  • scans the collection code or logs into the system
  • the correct compartment opens automatically
  • collects the contents

The system monitors parcel status in real-time and records the collection moment, providing full control over parcel flow.

DEPOSIT – secure storage and equipment exchange

The “DEPOSIT” module allows for storing items, documents, or company equipment between users or departments.
This functionality is ideal for, among others:

  • IT service (collection and return of laptops, phones, tools),
  • internal logistics,
  • technical and maintenance departments,
  • shift work areas.

Advanced management software

The central system supervises all operations and compartments. It enables:

  • full process monitoring (who, when, what was sent/received),
  • automatic notifications about new parcels,
  • integration with company systems (ERP, Helpdesk, CRM),
  • user permission management,
  • report and statistics generation,
  • remote opening and blocking of compartments.

Modularity allows for creating both compact stations with a few compartments and extensive locker walls that can grow with the organization’s needs.

Additionally, each compartment can be equipped with power (USB, DC, 230 V) and connectivity (USB, RJ45), which increases its utility and allows for servicing or charging stored devices.
